Working with iAdroit is simple. Just fill out the Partnership Request form or Request a call back. An Account Manager will call you as soon as possible to discuss your business needs. Based on your work load and the frequency of the services you require, you may hire professionals on hourly basis, per project basis, or build your own virtual team comprising of multiple skill-sets. Our account managers will help you take the right decision based on your requirement. Additionally once you are part of our White Label Partnership program, your Account Manager will reports to you the daily progress of your work. You may discuss any additional requirement that may arise from time to time, and your Account Manager will be responsible in arranging the additional resources for you. This allows you to get your work done at economical rates, and ensure uninterrupted service to meet strict deadlines without incurring a penny on overheads.
Our approach is very flexible. You can choose any of the three options:

• HIRE DEDICATED RESOURCE: Based on your requirement, we can help you hire the right resource with appropriate blend of knowledge, skill and experience. The resource you hire will work dedicatedly for you. This arrangement will require an hourly contract.
• PROJECT BASIS: If you are stuck on a project, talk to us. We will quote you a gross cost for the entire project and deliver it within deadline. We will pool-in all skill-sets required to deliver the project in its entirety.
• BUILD YOUR VIRTUAL TEAM: If you are an agency who has regular projects in the pipeline, the most cost effective solution for you would be to build your own virtual team with a mix of skilled resources. In most cases, a team comprising of 3 to 4 members with unique skill-sets will suffice all your needs. This arrangement will require a monthly contract.

Our rates are extremely reasonable and fair. Our hourly rates start from as low as $12 and vary in terms of skill-sets and experience of the resources. For example, a team of experts comprising of a web designer, a graphic designer and a PHP programmer could cost you as low as $4500 a month. Again, you may choose to sign a contract, or simply pay for resources as long as you need.
